Vacation Apartment No. 1 (interior)

The apartment, with its uninterrupted view of the Sea, is fully furnished with all utensils.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms both with is a full size double bed, the lounges has a sea view, kitchen, bathroom with shower. There are patio doors leading to a south facing balcony with patio table and chairs where you can sit and watch the ships go by or listen to the sound of the waves against the rocks below!

El Toro is the perfect resort for families and couples, it offers sun, sea and sand a beautiful beach. While the children happily play in the communal pool, you can top up your tan, or maybe enjoy a drink at the seaside Bar and Restaurant.

The apartment complex is situated on a small bay with the beach of fine sand, clear tranquil water, the gently sloping Beach of which makes it ideal and safe for children.

The Lliving room

The living room is fully furnished and comfortably equipped, e.g. Sat - TV.

It is equipped with dining table and seating for 5.
The living room is light and spacious. You can relax watch tally, before you go out for your evening meal or drink. Ample storage is in the matching furniture which includes wardrobes, chest of drawers, open shelves and cupboards.

A matching coffee table, pleasant Spanish pottery and pictures make a homely feeling.

The Kitchen

It has a fully fitted kitchen area with built-in oven, big fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and a coffee maker.

Matching cupboards, sink and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery etc.

The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The Bedrooms

The bedroom with a double bed and view over the pool on the sea and the beach.

In the second bedroom is a twin double bed, which can also be used as two separate beds.

All beds and pillows are of top quality providing maximum comfort for our guests. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and ample drawer storage space.

A baby bed can you additionally be set up, you should announce it in time.


The Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a easy accessible shower and bathroom vanities, ceramic washbasin, towel rails, with large a mirror. Bathroom furniture and a bidet.

Other equipments

The apartment will be clean, fresh and ready for your arrival, beds will be made and clean towels provided which we will clean after your departure. There are extra towels and bed sheets for your use during your stay.

Iron and - board and vacuum cleaner. A baby bed is present and free it can additionally be set up.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
The apartment will have been fully cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival with fresh bed linen and towels. The towels and linen are changed weekly. For stays greater than 1 week an extra clean can be arranged. Pool towels are not supplied.

We’ve spared no expense to create a “home from home” feel with quality furnishings used throughout.

We are available throughout your stay to deal with any queries and
offer any help and advice you may need. We speak Spanish and English and so are only a phone call away should you have any problems. Keyholder and service provider based in the apartment complex.

We feel it’s the perfect place for families and adult parties to relax and unwind.

This is a family home in Majorca and we know you will enjoy it as much as we do.
It is important to us, to offer you quality for the few days vacation in the year. In our eyes it is important that you feel well.

Changeover day
We do not have designated changeover days so we are flexible, however we do require guests to leave the apartment by 12 AM and for new guests not to arrive until after 4 PM - unless by prior arrangement.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounts may be available for longer rental periods
(3 weeks +) and for partial occupancy, please ring for details.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the balance which will be due 6 weeks prior to the holiday. A Security deposit of £200 will be required which is fully refundable upon return of the keys and providing no damage has been done and no excess cleaning required. Payment details will be sent after a booking is confirmed and directions and keys will be sent 1 week prior to the holiday.
